I am Sicily K. Kariuki, EGH., the Founder of Re-Imagine Impact Associates Ltd. (RIAL), a Certified Executive Leadership Coach & EQ Practitioner. Until 2022, I worked as a Cabinet minister, in the Republic of Kenya where I served in three sectors, namely; ministry of Public service, Youth & Gender Affair; ministry of Health and lastly, ministry of Water & Sanitation and Irrigation.

I am Godfrey Nderi Ndiani,an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an MBA holder in Strategic Management.

I have acquired extensive hands on experience in Leadership at strategic levels being the Managing Partner of Nderi Ndiani & Co.Advocates,LLP and also having served as a Legal and Policy Advisor to a Cabinet Secretary for a period of three years.

I have also served as a County Executive Committee Member (CECM) in charge of Finance and Economic Planning, Lands & Physical Planning all for a period of 5 years in Nyandarua County. I also served as a Clerk to the County Assembly of Nyandarua for a period of one and a half years.
I am excited at the opportunity to share my hands on experiences and train leaders in line with Re-imagine Impact Associates Ltd (RIAL) areas of training. I a firm believer in empowered leadership capable of transforming their sectors of service or Leadership: a leadership that is focused and unbound by conventional thinking is transformational.

I have vast working experience of over 15 years in leadership and management, public policy and governance gained through serving in different strategic positions both private and public sector. My extensive role in public policy and governance has been through;being part of designing, implementation and oversighting processes. Most of my engagement in serving the public sector for over 10 years has revolved around the youth sector, gender mainstreaming and partly in the water, irrigation & sanitation sector.

I am a certified project management practitioner, with local and international experience. As a competent and dedicated partnership coordinator with a passion for building strategic alliances, I am interested in identifying and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, with the aim of facilitating successful collaborations and driving mutually beneficial partnerships. I am committed to fostering long-term partnerships that generate growth and create value for all involved parties.
