I am Sicily K. Kariuki, EGH., the Founder of Re-Imagine Impact Associates Ltd. (RIAL), a Certified Executive Leadership Coach & EQ Practitioner. Until 2022, I worked as a Cabinet minister, in the Republic of Kenya where I served in three sectors, namely; the Ministry of Public Service, Youth & Gender Affairs; Ministry of Health, and lastly, Ministry of Water & Sanitation and Irrigation.

With over three decades of hands-on local and international leadership experience, in addition to serving on several boards and international commissions, I have experienced what great leadership is about.
