And this is why…..a diverse talent pool brings forth diverse & more practical insights, higher efficiencies, and better health outcomes. Yet women’s talent in health globally remains untapped with a meagre 5% occupying CEO level positions, 25% in executive roles, never mind women workforce in health is 70%, according to WomenLift Health. This is why any initiative aimed at supporting the match towards gender parity in health must be supported.
